Matthew joined Tate & Lyle in March 2008 as President, Tate & Lyle Food and Industrial Ingredients Americas. A graduate of Kansas State University, Matthew studied Animal Science and Industry and started his career in the Food Products Division at Procter & Gamble. He has since had several roles including Director of Retail Programs for the National Livestock and Meat Board, located in Chicago, IL, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Gargiulo Farms, a division of Monsanto and Director of Retail Public Relations for Posilac™, again a division of Monsanto. In 2002 Matthew was appointed President of Global Sales, Marketing and Research & Development for Cargill Meat Solutions in Wichita, Kansas. And prior to joining Tate & Lyle, Matthew was President of Australian Meat Holdings, a division of Swift and Co. just outside of Brisbane, Australia. In June 2010 Matthew was appointed President, Bulk Ingredients.
