Tate & Lyle PLC announces the appointment of Lucie Gilbert as Company Secretary, with effect from 1 August 2012. Lucie, who joined Tate & Lyle as Deputy Company Secretary in June 2008, takes over the role from Robert Gibber who will continue in his role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company and a member of the Executive Committee.
